Is this a company funded option only?
We offer a range of funding options with our Corporate Health & Wellbeing Plan. You can company fund the plan, employees can fund the plan, and we also have a hybrid option where a company can fund a level and employees can top-up to the higher levels that suit their needs.
Does the plan cover essential services like dental, vision, mental health, and chronic care?
The Corporate Health & Wellbeing plan is an ideal company health insurance solution for businesses looking to give their employees access to essential services like dental, vision, mental health and physio needs.
Chronic conditions can be maintained through the GP service available on the plan.
Does this business health cover include digital health tools or preventative care options?
Yes, this business health plan is more than a health cash plan which focuses on financial cash back for employees. This plan includes digital health tools that can help with preventative care. From digital eye screening, digital dentistry support and helpline, a digital skin cancer screening app, digital physiotherapy assessment and support to our GP Helpline and EAP support.
Can employees customise their coverage based on personal needs?
Employees can upgrade their plan to suit their needs. Children are included for free (age limits apply) and they can add their partners onto the health plan if they want to for an additional cost too.
